Introduction
Welcome to LAM Learn, an initiative of LAM House. By enrolling in any course or workshop offered by LAM Learn, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any payment.
Eligibility
Courses are open to students from any academic background.
No prior coding or technical background is required unless specified.
Basic computer knowledge (internet browsing, email usage, file handling) is mandatory.
A laptop with stable internet connection is required for online programs.
LAM Learn reserves the right to deny admission if eligibility requirements are not met.
Course Delivery
All online programs are conducted live via online platforms.
Small batch model is followed for better interaction.
Session recordings may be shared for revision purposes at the discretion of LAM Learn.
Course schedule and timings will be shared before batch commencement.
LAM Learn reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Fees & Payments
Full course fee must be paid before batch commencement unless otherwise specified.
Early Bird offers are valid only within specified timelines.
All fees are payable online through approved payment methods.
Fees once paid are non-transferable and subject to refund policy below.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.
Before batch commencement, refund requests may be considered at management discretion.
No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
Failure to attend classes does not entitle participants to fee refund.
Certificate Policy
Participants who complete the course and meet attendance requirements will receive a Course Completion Certificate.
Certificates are issued based on participation and completion criteria.
LAM Learn reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or non-compliance.
Internship Policy
Internship opportunities are offered to select students based on performance, participation, and skill level.
Internship is not guaranteed to all participants.
Selection criteria are determined solely by LAM Learn management.
No Placement Guarantee
LAM Learn does not guarantee job placement.
Courses are designed to build skills and knowledge required for career growth.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
Maintain professional behaviour during sessions
Respect faculty and fellow students
Avoid disruptive behaviour
Not record sessions without permission
Not share course materials publicly
LAM Learn reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, presentations, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of LAM Learn and/or respective faculty.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course content.
Unauthorized sharing of materials may result in legal action.
Technical Issues
Participants are responsible for:
Stable internet connection
Working laptop or device
Necessary software installation
LAM Learn is not responsible for personal technical difficulties on the participant’s side.
Limitation of Liability
LAM Learn shall not be liable for:
Career outcomes
Business profits or losses
Technical interruptions beyond control
Personal device or connectivity issues
Changes to Course Structure
LAM Learn reserves the right to:
Update curriculum
Modify faculty
Adjust schedule
Improve course structure
Such changes will not materially affect course value.
Privacy
Participant information will be used only for academic and communication purposes. LAM Learn does not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
